Chief of Party
William Meade is a director in Tetra Tech ES and specializes in energy, environment, and economic growth. He has over 30 years total (over 25 years international) experience and has led assignments supporting government agencies, industry associations, and private companies in the design and implementation of renewable energy, energy efficiency, environmental impact assessment, environmental management, rural economic development and sustainable tourism.
He has worked for a wide variety of donor organizations including Asian Development Bank, European Union, Inter-American Development Bank, U.S. Agency for International Development, and The World Bank. He has worked on projects in over 30 countries in Africa, Asia, Caribbean, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
Raymond Bona Tua
Deputy Chief of Party
Raymond Bona Tua is the Deputy Chief of Party of ICED II. He has over 20 years of professional experience, which includes five years of international experience.
He has extensive experience in project development and management and corporate finance in the energy sector. His areas of expertise include transaction support, corporate planning, cost and budget monitoring, financial modelling, and project management. He began his career as a senior auditor in the energy and manufacturing industry. He served as transaction advisory manager with Ernst and Young, where he led divestment workouts, privatizations, acquisitions, and debt restructurings in the commercial, banking, and industrial sectors. As a country manager in Myanmar from 2006-2009, he managed operations and drilling campaigns on two oil fields in central Myanmar. He then completed a year-long assignment for the strategic alliance of Arghajata Consulting and Booz & Co., advising on the post-merger workout and corporate and business restructuring. For nearly six years, he has been the Deputy Chief of Party of ICED I Project. In the past three years, he has also been working a Sustainable Finance Specialist of ICED II.
Energy Governance and Regulatory Specialist
Asclepias Rachmi Soerjono Indriyanto is the Energy Governance and Regulatory Specialist of ICED II. She specializes in economics, energy, environment, and governance. She has 30 years of experience in policy research and advisory to support Indonesian and international government agencies, state-owned enterprises, research institutions and civil society organizations. In recent years she spent most of her professional activities on initiatives to accelerate clean energy development and electricity access expansion. Her works span from energy economics modelling and policy studies to field activities addressing social, economic, technical, and managerial challenges of providing energy services to the last miles.
Hanny Johanes Berchmans
Senior Clean Energy Project Development Specialist
Hanny Johanes Berchmans is a specialist in Tetra Tech ES and specializes in energy conversion and conservation, power engineering, environment, and energy economics. He has over 25 years total (over 10 years international) experience and has led assignments supporting government agencies, industry associations, and private companies in the design and implementation of the non-renewable energy system, renewable energy system, energy efficiency, power engineering, environment, and energy economics. He has worked for BPPT, international and national companies, an international private power company, and U.S. Agency for International Development. He has worked on energy projects not only in Indonesia but also in the Netherlands, England, and Japan.
Senior-Communications - Adviser
Retno Hendrastuti is the Senior Communications Advisor of ICED II. She has over 24 years of experience as public relations and strategic communications professional with local and international organizations in Indonesia. She has worked on communications programs for several government organizations including the Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Public Works, National Investment Board, and National Family Planning Board. With ICED II, she has been involved in engagement, communication, and capacity building activities. She supports government agencies, the state utility, industry associations, and private companies in the design and implementation of renewable energy development.
Communications and Reporting Specialist
Ardita Çaesari is the Communications and Reporting Specialist of ICED II. She has 15 years of experience in communicating good development initiatives, especially managing project publications and communications. She has been exposed to various development issues, such as forestry, water and sanitation, community development, humanitarian, women, health (hygiene and stunting), and renewable energy. She has worked for a faith-based international nongovernmental organization and various development projects in Indonesia, with international exposure in Thailand and Myanmar.
Arum Satya Sari
Regional Energy Planning Manager (Medan)
Arum Satya Sari is the Regional Energy Planning Manager of ICED II. She is a result-oriented professional with a mix of experiences in research, project management, and policy development. She is familiar with development issues, climate change and energy issues in Indonesia. She has 15 years of research experience on climate change and sustainable energy with various international development organizations in Indonesia. She has more than 10 years of experience in project management, project development, with good exposure in government relations and public campaign.
Clean Energy Policy Planning and Governance Manager
Saifuddin Suaib (Cipu) is the Clean Energy Policy Planning & Governance Manager of ICED II. He has more than 7 years of professional experience working in the environment sector, specifically on climate change, sustainability, energy planning and rural electrification issues. He has worked for various international development organizations such as FAO, JICA and GIZ, as well as the private sector. In ICED II, Cipu is involved in various energy planning and greenhouse gas mitigation planning programs, including national action plan and local action plan for low emissions development (RAN & RAD GRK) as well as national energy plan and regional energy plan (RUEN & RUED) process.
Sustainable Finance Program Manager
Dhiah Karsiwulan is the Sustainable Finance Program Manager of ICED II. She is passionate to work in sectors related to climate change and sustainable development. She has more than seven years of professional experience in finance and investment for renewable energy and low carbon investment projects, sustainability assessment, carbon footprints, and project management. She has been involved in projects supported by multiple donor organizations including USAID, AFD, and GIZ. Her main interest is working on viable business case with positive impacts on the social and environment. She has two master degree in Carbon Management and Finance.
Clean Energy Project Development Manager
Bayuaji Kencana is the Clean Energy Project Development Manager of ICED II. He specializes in renewable energy project development i.e. biomass, biogas, waste-to-energy, solar PV, and micro-hydro, as well as energy management system. He has 18 years of professional experience. He has been supporting project developers, utility, banks and the financial institutions, industry associations, and government agencies in the planning, development, and implementation of renewable energy projects. He has worked for several consulting companies and a wide variety of international development agencies or donor organizations including USAID, GIZ, DFID, AFD, and ADB. He has worked on projects mainly in Indonesia, with exposure to international assignments in Germany and Southeast Asian countries.
Clean Energy Project Development Manager
Meiwardi Yuswan is the Clean Energy Development Manager of ICED II. He has over 15 years of experience in small scale hydropower sector in Indonesia. With ICED II, he assists in clean energy projects development, especially small hydropower projects such as performing site visits, collecting technical data and assessing site characteristics. He also provides advice to project developers on technical, financial, and regulatory matters. In addition, he monitors project development and construction progress.
His past professional experiences include working as consultants and managers for various companies implementing hydropower projects with a wide range of capacity, characteristics, and challenges all over Indonesia. Having a two master degree in sustainable energy systems and management and industrial engineering, he has an extensive understanding of hydropower development in Indonesia.
Farid Siregar is the Geographic Information System (GIS) Specialist of ICED II. He has over 25 years of experience in the field of geographic information system. He has led assignments supporting international nongovernmental organizations and private companies in designing and implementing spatial analysis and environmental impact assessment.
Bayu Aji Prakoso
Renewable Energy Project Development Manager
Bayu Aji Prakoso is the Renewable Energy Project Development Manager of ICED II. He has over 16 years of experience in renewable energy development. He has supported government agencies, industry associations, and private companies in the design and implementation of renewable energy, energy efficiency, environmental impact assessment, environmental management, rural economic development. He has worked for a private company, a company affiliated to a university, national and local units of Government of Indonesia, and Millennium Challenge Account Indonesia.
Richard Randy Panjaitan
Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Manager
Richard Panjaitan is the Monitoring Evaluation and Learning Manager of ICED II. He specializes in project monitoring and evaluation, private sector involvement, and supports activities related to green financing. He has over 15 years of professional experience, which includes five years of international experience. He has worked for various government agencies, industry associations, and private companies. He has exposure to renewable energy, energy efficiency, private sector engagement, economic development, and education. He has worked for a wide variety of donor organizations, such as USAID, UNDP, and GIZ.
Emi Fatma Widayani
Energy Planning Officer
Emi Fatma Widayani is the Energy Planning Officer of ICED II. She specializes in energy planning and analysis. She has over eight years of professional experience. Her expertise includes a wide variety of planning works in the field of urban and rural development, housing/settlement, and energy. She has worked with various organizations and projects, such as USAID Indonesia, Bappenas, Regional Development Planning Study Center of Gadjah Mada University, Housing Resource Center, Habitat for Humanity Indonesia, and in Architecture and Planning Department of Gadjah Mada University.
Aldiza Nurachmad Artama
Energy Planning Officer
Aldiza Nurachmad Artama is the Energy Planning Officer of ICED II. He focuses on energy planning and regulatory issues. He has four years of professional experience in supporting government agencies to implement renewable energy planning, energy efficiency, and rural electrification development.
Energy Planning Officer
Maharani Putri is the Energy Planning Officer of ICED II. She works on energy planning and rural electrification. She supports electrification planning by processing the Geographic Information System (GIS) data. Previously she was a volunteer for Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and completed internships with GIZ and ICED II.
Dessy Nurul Farhany
Clean Energy Project Development Officer
Dessy Nurul Farhany is the Clean Energy Project Development Officer of ICED II. She has over six years of working experience, which includes more than three years of experience in the development sector. She started her career in the energy industry as an electrical engineer. After finishing her graduate study, she started to work in the development sector and is exposed to various issues such as sustainable human settlement, geothermal development, and clean energy. He has worked for a wide variety of private companies, Indonesian government institution and non-profit organization.
Website and Outreach Coordinator
Winne is the Outreach and Website Coordinator for ICED II. She has more than five years of experience in development projects. She has been providing support in publishing project achievements and stories through various media. She has also good experience in managing project events. Previously, she has worked for a wide variety of organizations, such as European Business Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia, EU-Indonesia Trade Cooperation Facility, and United Nations.
Clean Energy Technical Team Liason Officer
Renyta Citra is the Clean Energy Technical Team Liaison Officer of ICED II. She specializes in energy, environment, and economic growth. She has a total of five years of experience as electrical engineer in an engineering, procurement, and construction company. In addition, she also has over two years of experience in a renewable energy company.
Fatiroh is the Finance Manager of ICED II. She has more than 15 years of experience in managing administration and financial aspects of development projects. She also has good exposure to government projects. She has worked with Cardno Emerging Markets, Research Triangle Institute (RTI), The ASEAN Foundation, Oxfam Great Britain, Coca-Cola Foundation Indonesia, and Institute of Human Resource Studies and Development of Lakpesdam NU.
Human Resource Officer
Fahmie Rasyidin is currently the Human Resource Officer of ICED II. He has a total of 12 years of experience in the field of administration, general affairs, and IT support. He has an exclusive six years of experience in managing human resources in various development projects in Indonesia.
Fitri Nazariah is the Administration Officer of ICED II. She has over 10 years of experience as support staff. She handles many aspects of office financial and administration. She adapts very well to challenging job demands and performs well under pressure. Previously, she worked for USAID Aceh Road/Bridge Reconstruction and Rehabilitation Project and Canadian Red Cross Project.
Heringtyas Agnes Theresia (Moniq) is the Program Officer of ICED II. She has over 10 years of experience in nongovernmental organizations and development projects. She also has ample experience in event management, budget, and administration. She provides administrative assistance to the team in an organized manner.
Tamara Anisa is the Content Officer of ICED II. She has over five years of working experience which includes four years of experience working in a projects funded by U.S Government. She started her career in public relations before joining the development sector. She has exposure to various issues such as clean energy, gender-based violence and agriculture. After graduating from communication for social change, she found her interest in participatory development communication especially using participatory video to amplify people’s voice.
Lieviana Yohanna Ketaren
Lieviana Yohanna Ketaren is the Program Officer of ICED II office Medan. She has more than 12 years of working experience with various development projects funded by the U.S Government. Her expertise includes financial, logistics, procurement and maintain communication with project stakeholders from the government, state-owned enterprise, and private company.
Junior Energy Planning Officer
Imam Mubarrak is the Junior Energy Planning Officer (Database) of ICED II. He has a total of 11 years of experience in the field of system information management, database management, training management, security management, sales, digital campaign, emergency responses, IT management and support. He has eight years of experience in develop information system in various development projects in Indonesia. Previously, he has worked for PT. Indosat Tbk, UNDP, UNORC, UN FAO, Government of Aceh, IOM, and other private sectors.
Junior Energy Planning Officer
Laila Dewiyanti is the Junior Energy Planning Officer of ICED II. She has over 10 years of experience as the Geographic Information System (GIS) and Spatial Planning Specialist for international and national donor organizations. Previously, she worked for USAID Indonesia Forest and Climate Support (IFACS) in Ketapang, West Kalimantan. Although energy sector is a new field for her, she easily adapts to work in a team with various technical background.
